We ship Via USPS, UPS & DHL. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $75 (Domestic Orders Only). (If our website goes on sale 30% off or more Free shipping will not qualify for any orders.) Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation (at our discretion) for security purposes. You must be available to sign for the delivery. If the order is sent back to us due to NO signature upon delivery it will be the customers responsibility to pay for re-shipping.

Pre-Ordered Item/s: If an order has an item that is marked as a "pre-order" the entire order will not ship until the Pre-ordered item is received. An estimated date is usually provided.

Tracking Information

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.

Lavish Couture Fashion is not responsible for packages that are sent to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If USPS can not pick up your address there will be a delay in your order being processed.

If you realize that your shipping address was entered incorrectly please Text 626-622-9880 immediately to resolve the issue and update the order with the correct shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Lavish Couture Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
